'PublicServiceDirectory' was born from a vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened this tiny yet heartwarming pizzeria in 1985, faithful to cherished family recipes passed down for generations.
Our pioneer, Marco Rossi, mastered the art of creating pizzas while journeying through Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was first made. After her return to the UK, she aspired to replicate the enchantment of traditional Italian pizza, employing historic techniques and premium ingredients.
From a humble pizzeria seating just a dozen, we've expanded into a much-loved local staple. Our dedication to preserving the integrity and quality of our food is unwavering. We persist in using wood-burning ovens, daily crafting our dough from scratch, and using only the best components available.
Still a family-run business, 'PublicServiceDirectory' is now in the hands of the second-generation Rossi family, who carry on the commitment of our spirited crew. Despite incorporating modern touches, our ethos remains focused on producing delectable, authentic pizzas that unite our customers in joy.
